FIBERSCOPES / FLEXIBLE ENDOSCOPES
Fiberscopes from Ø 0,35 mm to 11 mm
To achieve a precise visual inspection, there are different means corresponding to the various needs encountered. For straight applications, the use of rigid endoscopes is recommended. For applications involving curvatures and elbows, however, it is necessary to use an industrial fiberscope, preferably with an articulated head.

The industry inspection tool
For many years, fiberscopes technology has become a benchmark in the industrial world. The combination of a boroscope and a video camera not only allows an image to be perceived in an optimal quality, but also to be easily stored and shared.
Since there is no motor, sensor or other electronic element, the industrial fiberscope can therefore be used in hazardous areas. Very easy to handle, these industrial endoscopes also have the advantage of not having an image sensor on the probe head, the articulated portion of the probe (or "bending section" in English) being generally shorter only on a videoscope. This ergonomics allows fiberoptics to inspect even smaller diameters with more complex geometries than with a videoscope.

Benefit from our wide range of articulated and non-articulated industrial fiberscopes (flexible endoscopes) for your visual inspections (IVR). Extend your depth of field (DOV) or field of view (FOV) and adjust your focus with additional tip adapters. Combine your industrial fiberscope (flexible endoscope) with FORT accessories to leverage your visual inspection (IVR) data. These flexible endoscopes are available in different diameters and sizes.
THE DIFFERENT MODELS OF SOFT ENDOSCOPES
Endoscopes for all types of applications
- FLEXILUX fiberscopes are equipped with a tungsten probe, have a diameter of 3.4mm and a length ranging from 300 to 1000mm.
- The articulated fiberscopes, with tungsten probe also, have a diameter ranging from 5 to 11 mm and a length of between 650 and 1100 mm.
- The non-articulated micro fiberscopes, with tungsten, plastic or Pebax probes according to the models, have a diameter of 0.35 to 2.5 mm and a length of between 500 and 15000 mm.
You will also find guide probes designed to assist the operator and guide his flexible fiberscope during complicated inspections (different design rigidities will be proposed).
You can finally accompany your use of industrial fiberscope by a customizable inspection station: the VuDesk. Thanks to him, your inspections will be done more quickly, more simply and at less cost. This inspection station has been designed to inspect many parts of the series, greatly limiting the risk of fibroscopes being broken.
